Requirements

Oversees the daily fleet operations, ensuring efficiency, safety and compliance with regulations. Manage maintenance, personnel, and expenses while also optimizing fleet performance and providing reports to management. Coordinate and schedule regular maintenance, repairs, and procurements of parts and services. Monitor fleet utilization, performance, and identify areas for improvement. Manage and control fleet-related expenses, including fuel and maintenance costs. Prepare and provide reports on fleet availability, maintenance, costs, and vendor performance. Ability to lead, motivate, and supervise a team Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics, parts, preventive maintenance, and repair procedures for various vehicle types. Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks. Effective communication skills and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to identify and resolve issues related to fleet operations. Proficiency in fleet management software and MS applications.
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in supervisory role within the transportation or logistics industry. Proven experience in fleet management or a related supervisory role. Proficient in English and Arabic (written and spoken). Valid UAE License preferred.
