Fleet Supervisor

in

Doha,

In this Fleet Supervisor position

Support to develop and administer Fleet Management plans and processes to update fleet plan through close coordination on demand side with Network Operations and improve efficiency and safety for organization fleet through multiple activities in line with functional plans, and Group guidelines and policies Implement plans and processes to manage fleet availability to meet all requests by scheduling, forecasting and surveying current user trends Reconcile all fleet information and user surveys to assist in determining future capacity requirements & preferred gauge/type of aircraft and vehicle Manage company assets in the organization and schedule vehicle assignments, purchasing fuel and load balancing Contribute to routine and ad hoc maintenance activities, obtaining tags for new vehicles and renew old ones to ensure schedule fleet management Execute plans to assist in determining the optimized deliverable target fleet mix Implement fleet plan to set direction and priorities for all fleet acquisitions Manage fleet renewal process according to technical obsolescence and regulatory limitations to protect business continuity
Maintain relationships with external transport providers (e.g., fuel suppliers, trucking / shipping/ aviation companies, etc.)
