Al Rostamani Trading Company is the sole authorized distributor of Suzuki and Citro\xc3\xabn across the UAE with Sales, Service and Parts outlets able to serve its customers throughout the country.

Job Purpose

Develops, maintains and strengthens business relationships with fleet customers, government departments and explores business opportunities with them to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction standards. Ensures achievement of the budgeted gross profits for the fleet department.

Job Responsibilities

General
  • Calls on and visits target accounts alone or with his team to introduce the company\'s products.
  • Evaluates customer requirements and needs, and negotiates with the customers to finalize the deal.
  • Keeps abreast with tender requirements, attends bids proposals and ensures requirements are met to close the deal.
  • Tendering.
  • Maintain personal contact with the fleet accounts to solicit, acquire and maintain business relationships.
  • Provides fleet status reports (daily, weekly, monthly) as and when required by the National Sales Manager to ensure necessary actions are taken.
  • Must lead, plan & organise the fleet team in different branches and to make sure they follow the pan to achieve the maximum sales results.
  • Ensure that his team is following the delivery process requirements are met in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains a fleet tracking system to maintain an up-to-date customer profile and contact status to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat or referral business.
  • Monitors fleet customer needs and service requirements and coordinates with the National Sales Manager to ensure that customer requirements are attended to.
  • Keeps himself abreast with product information, features, accessories, market/competitor information in order to provide the necessary information to customers and aid them in their buying decisions.
  • Provides feedback to National Sales Manager on market conditions, competitive products, policies, distribution activities, advertising initiatives etc., that will aid decisions on sales strategies.
Job Requirements

Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor Degree / Business Management, preferably in Automotive Industry.

Experience
8 years of sales experience within the automotive industry gained through progressive roles, out of which 5 years must involve supervisory sales operations and team leading.

Knowledge & Skills
  • Valid UAE Driving License
  • Excellent negotiation skills and influencing skills
  • Strong knowledge of product and market
  • Sound financial awareness and business acumen
  • Relationship Management Skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Written and verbal communication in English and Arabic (other regionally spoken languages would be an added advantage)
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
