The Fleet Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling fleet vehicles to corporate clients by identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored solutions. This role includes achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and staying informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Key Tasks:
Identify and approach potential corporate clients to grow the fleet customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Conduct needs assessments and recommend suitable fleet vehicle solutions.
Prepare and present sales proposals and product demonstrations.
Achieve monthly fleet sales targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of vehicles and services.
Provide exceptional after-sales support and handle client inquiries or issues.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Participate in events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Knowledge, Qualifications & Skills required:
Knowledge:
Understanding of automotive products and fleet solutions (preferred)
Knowledge of fleet or corporate sales is an advantage
Familiarity with the UAE automotive market and corporate sales dynamics (preferred) Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
Proven sales experience in the automotive sector
Valid UAE driver's license
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships
Effective negotiation and persuasion abilities
Goal-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (preferred)
