We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Fleet Sales Executive

to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and achieving fleet sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential corporate clients, leasing companies, and government entities to promote fleet sales. Manage end-to-end sales processes including lead generation, client meetings, quotations, negotiations, and contract closures. Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients based on their business needs. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers. Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Insurance, Registration, Logistics) to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and after-sales service. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies. Achieve monthly and annual fleet sales targets. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Relevant dealership fleet sales experience is required.

Preferably within the electric vehicle sector.

Strong UAE market exposure and understanding of local client preferences.

Minimum 2-4 years of proven experience in automotive fleet sales or B2B sales. Strong knowledge of the automotive market, vehicle specifications, and financing/leasing options. Valid UAE driving license. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
