Fleet Sales Executive

to join our team and drive B2B sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote and sell

new passenger vehicles (fleet sales)

to corporate and government clients in Abu Dhabi. Identify and approach

potential B2B clients

, conduct meetings, and build strong long-term relationships. Prepare customized

fleet proposals

, negotiate deals, and close sales in alignment with company targets. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery, registration, and handover of vehicles. Generate leads through

cold calling, referrals, and field visits

.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in UAE

automotive dealership sales, preferably in

fleet or B2B sales

(passenger vehicles). Strong

network and market knowledge of Abu Dhabi

. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in

English

Valid UAE driving license is

mandatory

. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused.

Preferred Backgrounds:

Experience selling

new or used passenger vehicles

to corporate clients. Previous exposure to brands like Omoda, Jaecoo, Chery, MG, Geely, or similar Chinese/Asian automotive brands.
