Operating in United Arab Emirates since 2019, with nearly 8 employees, we are looking for a Fleet Operator.

What will the role be about?

Responsibilities: Fleet Management and Movement with an internal software : Organize vehicle movements, including workshop visits, provision of replacement vehicles, and allocation of vehicles for long, medium, or short-term contracts. Maintenance and Compliance: Ensure regulatory checks and periodic maintenance updates for each vehicle. Manage new vehicles upon reception: preparation, customization according to Petit Forestier's branding guidelines, installation of license plates, and Salik tags. Administration and Documentation: Handle the renewal of mulkiya, food permits, and advertisements permits in cooperation with Dubai's RTA, including the preparation of necessary documents and ensuring that GPS Securepath devices are installed before inspection. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Workshop Manager to plan the release of repaired vehicles, participating in daily meetings to monitor the fleet's status and anticipate vehicle availability. Communicate with suppliers for GPS installations and document renewals, and keep the sales team updated on vehicle availability.

Customer Service: Welcome and guide clients, conduct vehicle inspections, provide replacement vehicles, and manage the reception of broken-down vehicles. Offer efficient roadside assistance to clients in need. Respond to client phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages to ensure high-quality service. Who are we looking for? (must have / nice to have) You have initial experience in fleet management or as a customer care. Computer skills and knowledge of the Office pack are essential; knowledge of SAP is an asset. You have good telephone and writing skills. A team player with a strong sense of customer service Rigor, autonomy and versatility will guarantee your success in this role You are curious and want to develop your skills
