(UAE Driving License) - Location: Fujairah

Logistics and Operational Management

Plan, organize, and oversee daily logistics operations, including transportation and fleet management. Coordinate the efficient allocation of resources to meet delivery schedules and client requirements.

Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Compliance

Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations in all operational activities. Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to maintain a safe working environment. Promote and implement HSE policies, conducting training sessions and awareness programs for staff. Investigate workplace incidents, prepare detailed reports, and implement corrective measures.

Team Supervision and Leadership

Lead and supervise a team of drivers and logistics personnel, ensuring effective task delegation and performance monitoring. Provide ongoing support, mentorship, and training to improve team productivity and adherence to safety standards. Act as a communication bridge between the team, management, and clients to ensure operational alignment.

Client and Stakeholder Relations

Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are met efficiently. Resolve client issues and provide regular updates on delivery schedules and logistics operations. Handle client inquiries, provide updates on deliveries, and resolve any issues promptly

Regulatory Compliance and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of fleet operations, HSE compliance, and incident reports. Prepare and submit detailed reports to management regarding logistics performance and safety adherence.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
