Fleet Operations

Manage day-to-day fleet operations, including vehicle allocation, scheduling, and utilization Monitor vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are followed Oversee driver compliance with safety policies and operating procedures Maintain accurate fleet records, licenses, insurance, and registration documents Investigate accidents, breakdowns, and incidents; prepare reports and corrective actions Ensure compliance with transportation, safety, and environmental regulations
Procurement

Plan and execute procurement of vehicles, spare parts, tires, fuel, and fleet services Develop technical specifications and evaluate supplier quotations and bids Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements with vendors Manage supplier relationships and monitor vendor performance Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and budget controls Coordinate with finance and operations for approvals and cost tracking Manage inventory levels of spare parts and consumables

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
