Position Overview
Azizi Developments is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee the company's plant, machinery, and vehicle fleet operations in Dubai. This role involves managing utilization, maintenance, logistics, and compliance with UAE transport regulations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and cost control while supporting large-scale construction and development projects.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's fleet, including plant, machinery, and vehicles, ensuring optimal utilization and minimal downtime.
• Manage logistics planning, scheduling, and movement of equipment and materials to support project timelines.
• Implement and enforce maintenance schedules to ensure fleet readiness and compliance with UAE transport and RTA regulations.
• Supervise drivers, operators, and fleet staff, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of fleet operations, inspections, licensing, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with site teams to align fleet availability with project requirements.
• Monitor and control operational costs, implementing measures to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
• Utilize fleet management software to track performance, maintenance, and asset utilization.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in transport or fleet management within PMV, construction, or heavy equipment industries.
• Strong understanding of UAE transport laws, RTA requirements, and compliance standards.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams.
• Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office applications.
