Job Description

We are seeking a

skilled Fleet Maintenance Mechanic

with strong hands-on experience in repairing and maintaining heavy machinery. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and capable of handling various types of equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily, preventive, and corrective maintenance on heavy equipment (loaders, excavators, forklifts, trucks, generators, mixers, etc.) Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults Conduct routine inspections and ensure all machines remain in safe working condition Maintain service logs, repair reports, and spare-parts records Assist with breakdown recovery and emergency repairs when required Work closely with the maintenance team to minimize equipment downtime

Requirements

3-5 years of proven mechanic experience with heavy machinery Strong knowledge of engines, hydraulics, transmissions, and electrical systems Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment independently Understanding of tools, safety procedures, and workshop standards Physically fit and capable of performing field repairs
