Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain the vehicle and equipment fleet record and updating it periodically (sale, purchase and cancelation).
• Ensure the completion of procedures for registration renewal and insurance of equipment and vehicles, in coordination with the transport supervisors of the group's divisions.
• Ensure that all vehicles are suitable for operations, especially valid entry permits for industrial areas.
• Implement all senior management policies and procedures regarding fleet management
• Maintain a schedule for periodic and preventive maintenance of all vehicles, in coordination with our own workshop.
• Prepare detailed and periodic reports on the vehicles and equipment in the YARD and submit to the senior management to take the appropriate decision, whether to sell or re-exploit them.
• Check the condition of vehicles and equipment on the ground level and report them in a timely manner.
• Inform Senior management of any action that improves the quality of the fleet and reduces expenses
• Maintain databases of entire Fleet vehicles registration, inspections and maintenance of fleet management.
• Oversee routine and ad hoc maintenance to ensure schedule fleet management.
• Record and forward all incidents involving damage to service's vehicles to the Manager and Insurers.

Qualification:

• B. E / B.S in Mechanical Engineering
• Additional studies in logistic and transportation

Salary: QR 4000-4500 + Car + Accommodation Job Type: Full-time Experience:
