Fleet Executive (with Limousine Service Experience Only)

Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Executive to manage and oversee our limousine fleet operations. As a Fleet Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our limousine services by efficiently managing vehicles, drivers, and maintenance schedules. You will be responsible for maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction while optimizing fleet performance and cost-effectiveness. Fleet Management:
  • Supervise and manage a fleet of limousines, ensuring they are well-maintained and in excellent operational condition.
  • Coordinate the scheduling and deployment of vehicles to meet customer demands efficiently.
  • Monitor vehicle performance, maintenance schedules, and repair work to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure all vehicles comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure that vehicles are road worthy and RTA compliant ,
  • All the fines and Salik are paid in time .
  • Coordination with PRO , RTA , and all other related departments to complete the tasks on time .
Driver Management:
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of professional limousine drivers.
  • Conduct regular driver evaluations and provide feedback to improve service quality.
  • Maintain a high level of driver professionalism and customer service.
Customer Service:
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve issues and provide exceptional service.
  • Implement customer feedback to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
Cost Management:
  • Monitor and control fleet-related expenses, including fuel, maintenance, and repair costs.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency measures.
  • Maintain accurate records of expenses and budgets.
Compliance and Safety:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Oversee vehicle inspections, insurance, and licensing requirements.
  • Implement safety policies and procedures to minimize accidents and incidents.
Reporting:
  • Generate regular reports on fleet performance, driver performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business management, logistics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven 2 years of experience in fleet management in the limousine company .
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.
  • Valid driver\'s license.
