Operations Supervisor
to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations for Talabat and Noon riders
Supervise rider attendance, shift schedules, and break times
Follow up on late logins and operational queries from riders
Manage onboarding, training, and rider documentation
Coordinate with garages for fleet maintenance and repairs
Monitor daily performance and prepare operational reports
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in delivery or logistics operations
Strong communication and team supervision skills
Knowledge of delivery platforms and basic fleet coordination
Based in the UAE (Sharjah preferred)
