Conduct all transportaion related activities like - purchasing new vehicles, maintenance, utilization, plans, registering and renewal of the new vehicles\xe2\x80\x99 licenses, renewal of vehicles \xe2\x80\x98insurance, warranty & Guarantee and selling old vehicles and utilization plan preparation for the company drivers
Submit and sign Waqood fuel books
Review all the payments to be processed for Waqood on a monthly basis
Supervise all employee Fleet services
Review the Fleet Services budget
Review monthly report on the vehicles\xe2\x80\x99 expenses for maintenance and services
Oversee trackers on services and renewals of company vehicles
Manage the drivers and assign them for the daily requests as per work needs and review and approve their over time
Check if any traffic violations via company cars
Follow up all accidents report with MOI in coordination with Government Relations Officer
Review vehicle Insurance and payments
Initiate/renew documentation of licenses for the company\xe2\x80\x99s cars with traffic department

Requirement

5 to 7 years of work experience in similar position
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any related field or technical Diploma or certificate.
Knowledge of Arabic language is must
Holder of a valid Qatari Driving License
