GoGetit is an instant delivery platform and we are expanding rapidly, and we are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Fleet Coordinator
to manage our daily delivery operations and support our growing team of riders and drivers.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily delivery operations for riders, car drivers, and van drivers.
Assign orders, monitor routes, and ensure timely deliveries
Track fleet performance and resolve operational issues
Maintain rider schedules and availability
Monitor GPS, rider attendance, and delivery status
Assist in onboarding new riders/drivers
Communicate with customers and support team
Ensure all operational SOPs are followed
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in logistics, dispatching, fleet management, or a similar role
Strong communication skills (English required)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Good knowledge of Dubai roads is an advantage
Basic computer/MS Office skills
Must be available to join immediately
