Roles and Responsibilities

Implement and maintain a system to record, follow-up and maintain records of accidents To monitor and complete necessary documentation on (accident). Reporting the ongoing effectiveness of various Accident procedures Analysis and development of productivity measurements to simplify and/or improve processes, determining performance standards by tracking and trending production data, and conducting operations and vehicle repair cost and usage rate analyses Conducts fleet analyses and special studies to implement quality service of the repair and operational improvements To monitor the operational vehicles, pool vehicles and training vehicles accidents in line with set requirements To follow up the insurance claims along with required documentation. To follow up with the Key Controllers for the repair requirements as daily basis. Schedule and coordinate periodic vehicle servicing with service centers. Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and overall vehicle condition. Maintain accurate records of driver attendance (IN & OUT report) Prepare detailed fleet movement report and inspection reports. Coordinate with insurance companies for accident-related vehicle repairs. Coordinate with Insurance company for Accident Vehicle Repair Handling the fleet logistics Handling the new vehicle registration, renewal & registration card Fleet Accessories and Quality control Handling the ADNOC, SALIK, DARB, ENOC Portals Responding to the breakdowns, accidents & emergencies of the fleet. Fleet vehicle Inspection (Check IN & OUT)

Qualifications

Must have at least 3 years hands-on experience in a workshop or similar environment

Skills

To handle assignments that may be comprehensive and complex, and require substantial research and analysis To complete assignments in the form of broad outlines of desired results and objectives, outlining the project, and providing general guidance To comprehend and apply the principles of work measurement and activity analysis as they pertain to fleet management and maintenance To understand and apply the principles of statistical methods and techniques; computerized accounting principles and practices; research methods, techniques, and reporting methods
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Mussafah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:

Fleet Management: 2 years (Required) * Vehicle troubleshoot: 2 years (Required)
