We are seeking a reliable and organized

Fleet Coordinator

to manage the daily operations of our vehicle fleet. This role involves scheduling maintenance, tracking vehicle usage, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting efficient fleet performance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the scheduling, dispatch, and routing of company vehicles to ensure efficient operations. Monitor and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance, and repairs. Ensure all vehicles are properly registered, insured, and compliant with safety regulations. Track and schedule preventive maintenance, inspections, and necessary repairs. Maintain up-to-date records in fleet management systems or software. Work closely with drivers and mechanics to resolve any issues or delays. Maintain compliance with company policies, transport regulations, and safety standards. Report on fleet performance, incidents, and maintenance costs to management. Support in the implementation of fleet policies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field is preferred. 2+ years of experience in a fleet coordination or logistics support role. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance scheduling, GPS tracking systems, and fleet management software. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Experience:

Working experience in logistics, transport, construction, or related industries. Exposure to working with large or mixed fleets (e.g., Minibus, cars, heavy equipment). Knowledge of fuel management systems and driver performance monitoring tools.
