About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Fleet Coordinator

to oversee the daily management of our vehicle fleet. This role ensures that our transportation operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Fleet Coordinator will act as the central point of contact between drivers, maintenance teams, and management.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage fleet schedules, assignments, and availability. Coordinate vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs to minimize downtime. Track mileage, fuel usage, and overall fleet performance. Ensure compliance with local transportation regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate records of vehicle documentation (insurance, registration, permits). Support drivers with route planning, dispatching, and issue resolution. Collaborate with vendors and service providers for fleet-related needs. Prepare reports on fleet utilization, costs, and efficiency for management review.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation coordination. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in fleet management software and MS Office Suite. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety standards. Must have a valid QID and NOC
