We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Fleet Coordinator
to oversee the daily operations of our vehicle fleet. This role ensures that our transportation resources are managed efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively. The Fleet Coordinator will serve as the central point of contact for drivers, maintenance teams, and management, ensuring smooth operations across all fleet activities.
Key Responsibilities
Fleet scheduling and dispatch Assign vehicles and drivers to meet operational needs.
Maintenance coordination Track service schedules, inspections, and repairs to minimize downtime.
Compliance management Ensure adherence to safety regulations, licensing, and company policies.
Fuel and cost tracking Monitor expenses and optimize fleet efficiency.
Driver support Provide guidance, resolve issues, and maintain communication with drivers.
Reporting and analysis Prepare fleet performance reports and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
Experience 2+ years in fleet management, logistics, or transportation coordination.
Technical skills Proficiency with fleet management software and MS Office tools.
Knowledge Familiarity with vehicle maintenance, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
Soft skills Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Education Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or related field preferred.
