Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

Fleet Officer

to oversee and manage our company's fleet operations. The ideal candidate will ensure vehicles are properly maintained, compliant with regulations, and efficiently utilized to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage daily fleet operations, including scheduling and dispatching vehicles. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards. Track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules. Coordinate with drivers and logistics teams to optimize fleet efficiency. Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, inspections, and repairs. Assist in procurement and replacement planning for vehicles.
Requirements

Minimum

2 years of experience

in fleet management, transportation, or logistics. Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in MS Office and fleet management software. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a construction or logistics environment. Knowledge of GPS tracking systems and fleet optimization tools. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Must have valid QID and Visa
