We are looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our bike fleet to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with RTA regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the fleet of delivery bikes, including handover, receiving, and allocation.
Manage garage operations, mechanics, and ensure timely maintenance of bikes.
Handle RTA portal activities: new bike registration, renewals, and compliance.
Address riders' bike issues promptly, including roadside breakdown support.
Monitor and allocate Salik and fines across the fleet.
Ensure performance and preventative maintenance of all bikes.
Manage demand and supply of bikes to support business operations.
Handle insurance-related cases in the event of accidents.
Coordinate with riders, mechanics, and management for seamless operations.
Maintain accurate records of fleet usage, repairs, and costs.
Requirements:
Proven experience in fleet coordination/management, preferably in courier/logistics sector.
Strong knowledge of RTA rules and regulations for delivery bikes.
Ability to manage mechanics and garage operations.
Problem-solving skills for on-road and operational challenges.
Good knowledge of Salik, fines, and insurance processes.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
