Job Description
:
Responsible to the entire functions related to transportation and maintenance of vehicle in JIC.
Coordinate with Sites for the allocation of the vehicle as per the requirement on timely basis.
To responsible to plan the driver's duty schedule and allocation.
Resolves Logistic information and service problems.
Update of daily logistics and Drivers OT reports and submit the report to BE & SP and HR on daily basis.
Track the GPS movements of vehicles in order to identify the location and verifying the OT hours.
To responsible to maintain the Vehicle cleanliness.
Maintaining & physical records on duty roaster.
Maintain incident report for Vehicle and update on daily basis.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
2-3 years' experience in fleet coordination or logistics within the UAE.
Knowledge of UAE traffic laws, RTA procedures, and vehicle registration processes.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and fleet management software
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
