Slider is seeking a dedicated and organized Fleet Coordinator to oversee our delivery operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training and onboarding new riders, monitoring daily orders, ensuring timely deliveries, and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs). Experience in delivery companies is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Rider Training and Onboarding:
Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new riders, ensuring they understand company protocols, delivery procedures, and customer service standards.
Order Monitoring:
Track daily orders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, addressing any issues that arise during the delivery process.
Performance Metrics:
Monitor and analyze delivery performance metrics, including delivery speed and accuracy, to ensure alignment with company KPIs.
Dispute Resolution:
Address and resolve disputes or issues related to deliveries, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Fleet Coordination:
Coordinate with riders to optimize delivery routes and schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Compliance:
Ensure all riders adhere to company policies and local regulations related to delivery operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a fleet coordination or similar role within a delivery company.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to analyze performance data and implement improvements.
Familiarity with delivery operations and logistics.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle disputes professionally.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
