Job Description

Responsibilities:Vehicle Scheduling and Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate with the Job Planner for the allocation of vehicles and manpower across diverse service routes, and with the Service Delivery Officer for dispatch, ensuring optimal fleet utilization and alignment with operational requirements to enable timely and efficient waste collection and disposal.Fleet Maintenance and Readiness: Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities in collaboration with Workshop Management section, ensuring fleet roadworthiness and minimizing service disruptions.Operational Performance Monitoring: Track and report on fleet availability, vehicle and driver performance, and maintenance compliance using ERP and business systems to support continuous improvement across the span of operations.Compliance and Documentation: Perform accurate documentation of vehicle usage, service logs, incidents, and driver credentials, maintaining adherence to road safety regulations and organizational policies.Issue Resolution and Emergency Support: Support emergency response procedures and provide rapid solutions to breakdowns, delays, and incidents to ensure uninterrupted service delivery and uphold safety standards.Required SkillsA minimum of a High School or a related discipline.Preferably, a Technical Diploma degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.A minimum of 3 years' experience in n operations coordination, fleet management or related fields preferably within waste management, transportation, utilities, or service industry, within or private sector organizations.Experience in coordinating vehicle allocation and scheduling to ensure efficient fleet utilization and smooth service delivery.Experience in coordinating maintenance schedules (preventive and unplanned) with workshop teams to maintain fleet safety and operational efficiency.Experience in managing vehicle documentation and service logs, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Familiarity with tracking and monitoring fleet performance using ERP and business systems to minimize disruptions and ensure vehicle readiness.
