Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Fleet Assistant
to join our team and help ensure the smooth operation of our vehicle fleet.Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining the fleet of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition and neat in appearance. Monitor and report on morning maintenance calls, tracking chronic issues, and implementing action plans. Assist in determining when to replace equipment and ensuring efficient fleet operations. Ensure all company vehicles are properly maintained, clean, and ready for use. Ensure drivers are wearing clean uniforms and maintaining a professional appearance. Adhere to all company safety rules, procedures, and policies. Monitor and track drivers' check-in and check-out times, including lunch breaks, to ensure compliance with schedules.
Skills and Qualifications
:Basic knowledge of fleet and vehicle maintenance, including vehicle checklists and inspections. Proficiency in Excel and MS Word. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to monitor and report maintenance issues accurately. No specific degree required, but experience in fleet maintenance is preferred.
