Operate and maintain UV flatbed printing machines to produce high-quality prints on rigid and flexible materials. Ensure proper setup, printing, and quality control while meeting production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate UV flatbed printers (e.g., Mimaki, EFI, Roland).
Load materials, run print jobs, and check print quality.
Use RIP software for job setup and color management.
Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Requirements:
Experience in UV flatbed printing (1+ years preferred).
Familiar with RIP/prepress software (e.g., RasterLink, Onyx).
Good attention to detail and work ethic.
Physically fit and able to work long hours if needed.
