  • Role: Facilities Coordinator
  • Employment Type: Outsourced
  • Client Industry: Retail
  • Contract Duration: 12 months extendable
  • Location: Dubai, UAE
  • Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates with contractors on all issues, including checking on progress of their work, internal communication on resolution of critical matters that affect communities and developments.
  • Provide Technical assistance to the communities and service providers as necessary.
  • Attends to emergency situations and assist the team in quicker resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams during crisis and emergencies at any/all times of incident and reporting the same to respective authorities, whilst escalating the same through established policies and processes.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years' experience in facilities management.
  • Good understanding of MEP services with high-rise buildings.
