It is an exciting time to join IHS Towers and we are currently seeking a Fixed Asset & Inventory Officer to join our growing team in Dubai. As the FA&I Officer you will support the process optimization and best practice across IHS, perform Fixed Assets & Inventory Accounting for the assigned entities and finalize applicable high-quality balance sheet reconciliations which can stand the test of audit. In particular, you will be responsible for: Key Responsibilities - Processing and recording all master data across Source-to-Pay, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report. - Create/ maintain various forms of Master Data \xe2\x80\x93 including, but not limited to, supplier data, item data, procurement catalogue, asset/inventory groups, warehouses, chart of accounts, customer data, and exchange rate tables. - Supporting the Month-end close processes by responding to and resolving master data queries/issues. - Supporting key stakeholders across the multiple SSC functions and global entities with master data related queries. - Ensuring compliance to internal controls framework and supporting internal and external audits. - Support change, process standardization & continuous improvement mindset across IHS Required Flexibility Mon- Fri work week Work timings - 11.00am to 8.00pm Our Vision IHS is committed to improving the quality and availability of telecommunications infrastructure, the lifeline for an increasingly connected world. Requirements
Key Qualifications - UAE National with family book - Minimum 3 years post graduate experience (essential) - Worked in Shared Service Center environment (desirable) - Deep understanding of the end-to-end Master Data processes in scope - Basic knowledge of Master Data best practice & trends - Integrity and business continuity - Process and control mindset - High attention to detail - Analytical thinking - Problem Solving
