Conduct initial site inspections to evaluate actual site conditions and provide accurate assessments and technical input before starting finishing works.
Review architectural and finishing drawings to fully understand the project scope and decorative details.
Strong technical knowledge in all types of interior finishing and decoration works
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQ
Excellent leadership and labor supervision skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Knowledge of modern decorative materials and installation techniques
Supervise all finishing and decoration activities, including:
Gypsum and false ceiling installations
Painting and wall finishes
Flooring (tiles, marble, parquet, vinyl)
Woodworks (doors, wardrobes, decorative panels)
Glass, mirrors, and aluminium works
Decorative lighting installations (LED, spotlights)
Submit daily reports to the Manager, including manpower status, progress updates, used materials, and site issues.
