Supervise and manage day-to-day fit-out activities at site, ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate and monitor civil works including blockwork, plastering, tiling, flooring, ceiling, and finishing works.
Ensure quality control, workmanship standards, and compliance with project requirements.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of works.
Monitor site progress, manpower, and material usage.
Ensure health, safety, and site regulations are strictly followed.
Identify and report site issues, delays, or deviations to the Project Manager.
Conduct site inspections and assist in snagging and handover activities.
Requirements:
Civil engineering or construction background.
Minimum experience in interior fit-out projects (residential/commercial).
Ability to read and understand drawings.
Good communication and site coordination skills.
