Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced
Fitout Supervisor
with a civil engineering background to oversee interior fit-out projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, quality control, and on-site coordination with subcontractors and project stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out works. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth execution. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications. Maintain quality, safety, and timeline standards at the site. Prepare daily site progress reports and attend project meetings.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of civil/structural works, finishes, and MEP coordination. Excellent site supervision, problem-solving, and communication skills. Familiarity with HSE standards and local regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
