Job Description

Site Management:

Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring smooth progress and timely completion of tasks according to project specifications and design intent.

Coordination:

Liaise with project managers, engineers, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate tasks, materials, and work sequences.

Quality Control:

Conduct daily site inspections to ensure the quality of workmanship and materials meet project standards and specifications.

Safety and HSE:

Monitor and enforce all health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe working environment on site.

Progress & Reporting:

Track project progress against timelines and budget, preparing daily reports on progress, delays, and issues.

Manpower Management:

Supervise and motivate the site workforce, allocating tasks, managing performance, and ensuring productivity.

Materials & Equipment:

Verify and ensure the proper use, storage, and availability of all necessary materials, tools, and equipment on-site.

Issue Resolution:

Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, site issues, and worker conflicts that may arise.

Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive site records, including daily progress reports, manpower reports, and material usage.

Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as a point of contact for clients and consultants, coordinating inspections, approvals, and addressing site requirements.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
