Supervise all on-site activities related to interior fit-out, including partitioning, ceilings, flooring, joinery, painting, and MEP works.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, designers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor work progress and quality, ensuring compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
Conduct daily site inspections and prepare reports on progress, issues, and corrective actions.
Manage labor, materials, and subcontractors to optimize resources and control costs.
Ensure all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations are strictly followed on site.
Liaise with clients and consultants to resolve technical issues and ensure satisfaction with the final delivery.
Track project timelines and milestones, providing updates and flagging potential delays or risks.
Maintain site documentation including daily logs, safety checklists, inspection reports, and material records.
