Job Description
:
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
- Able to manage the project, must have knowledge of joinery, electrical, HVAC, Civil works, and firefighting of which time should\'ve start on site during the project.
- Manage and coordinate with subcontractors to help deliver the project on time and within budget.
- Supervise the project planning, site contractors, and ensure work is completed to a satisfactory standard.
- Supervise the fit-out works including all interior fixings and equipment.
- Support the other related teams to improve the work based on the design wise.
- Handover of the facility to the end client after project completion.
- Experience in retrofit / refurbishment projects.
- Experience in commercial projects such as restaurant, shops, office, salon, etc.
- Ability to build and develop relationships e.g., with external professionals and clients, strategic relationships with contractors and material suppliers.
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Bachler degree in the same field.
- Construction site experience is the must.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- English is the must; Chinese is the plus.
- interior fit-out: 5 years (Preferred)

- UAE driving license (Preferred)
