• The ideal candidate Should be able to read and understand the drawings and able to inspect the progress and quality of work on site as per approved drawings, method of statement and approved material, etc.
• Able to assist the Sr. Interior designer/reporting manager and team as required
• Able to review shop drawings, material, RFI's etc
• Works on site alongside architects, interior designers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Acting as the main ID inspector on the site from consultant for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives etc
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
• Day-to-day supervising and monitoring the site and the work of any subcontractors
• Assisting the Sr. ID resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Experienced with all execution phases.
• Should be aware of health and safety guidelines related to interior fit out project management.
• Assuring correct and Precise documentation of inspections and closure documentation.
• Analyse project bottleneck and taking immediate action.
• Assure quality standards are met and report any deviations from the standards and direct the corrective actions for different production units.
• Verify, coordinate and participate in site surveys before proceeding with production
• Keep proper and updated records of site surveys

Job Requirements

• Proven Experience in Finishing high-end interior designs.
• Experience in coordination skills between Interior, architecture, structure, MEP trades etc
• Understand the design process and fully comprehend the client's needs and goals.
• High level of organization skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Engineering graduates- Major Architecture/Interior design or equivalent
• With minimum 10 years of experience in interior finishing works.
• Familiar with relative materials.
• AutoCAD, Knowledge of relevant building and health and safety legislation.
• Excellent Excel.
• Hands-on experience in supervision, coordination with activity sequencing and handing over of works.
• Capable of reading drawings and schematics.
• Good interpersonal skills & a team player.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
