Job Title: Fit-Out Project Supervisor / Site Engineer

AED 5,000 per month

Minimum 1-2 years UAE fit-out experience

We are seeking an experienced

Fit-Out Project Supervisor / Site Engineer

to manage

interior fit-out projects from start to finish

. The ideal candidate will handle

site execution, labour management, daily planning

, and support

business growth by sourcing or assisting with new projects

.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage fit-out projects

end to end

, ensuring timely and quality execution Supervise and coordinate site labour including

tile masons, painters, carpenters, and helpers

Plan and allocate

daily manpower and work schedules

Execute works as per

approved drawings, specifications, and scope

Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams Prepare

daily progress reports

, site measurements, and material requirements Ensure compliance with

UAE safety and site regulations

Attend site inspections and coordinate with clients/consultants Assist management in

bringing new fit-out projects

and client coordination

Requirements:



Minimum

1-2years UAE experience

in fit-out / interior works Strong knowledge of

finishing works

and site execution Ability to manage multi-skilled labour teams independently Good communication and coordination skills UAE driving license mandatory
