The Project Manager will be working on and delivering top quality finishes of large fit-out retail and leisure projects.

The responsibilities include but not limited to:

Ensuring timely projects delivery, according to client\'s specifications and budget. Efficiently coordinate internal resources and external vendors to achieve seamless project execution. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Ensuring availability and allocation of resources. Build a comprehensive project plan to effectively track its progress.

Implementing suitable verification techniques to effectively manage changes in schedule, costs, and scope. Utilising suitable systems, tools, and techniques to measure project performance accurately. Providing regular reports and escalating pertinent information to management as required. Overseeing and managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders involved in the project. Managing and minimizing project risks. Making sure professional relationships with third parties and/or vendors are established and maintained.

Education and Experience

The ideal candidate will have a recognised bachelor\'s degree in Civil or Building Engineering. Must have more than 15 years\' experience working with an interiors or fit-out company and worked on high quality fit out projects. Will have a proven track record of delivering a minimum of 3 large Fit out projects within UAE.
