Kings Group Venture is based in Dubai and has immediate requirement for an experienced Fit-Out Project Manager to join the team, working on Food & Beverage outlets across the UAE. Role:
Responsible for timely completion of multiple F&B projects simultaneously throughout the UAE. In addition, support Management team with managing other on-going projects and projects at tender stage. Duties:
Work with the team from concept design to occupancy
Review design, interpret project scope and resolve various issues.
Has experience and knowledge in submitting requests and getting approval from government departments or legal authorities for fit-out work.
Ensure all required information, designs and materials are made available in a timely manner to the construction team.
Ensure all documentation is in place and updated during each phase of the project.
Plan & organize the project execution, oversee contractors, suppliers and other resources required for the project.
Negotiate prices with contractors & suppliers and various project stakeholders.
Ensure all local authority/landlord approvals and permits are obtained in a timely fusion.
Plan and organize resources in advance for sites by daily inspection.
Exercise strong control over site activities and resources to track and ensure timely completion of projects within the budget and good quality workmanship.
Manage site and ensure Tool Box Talks, site safety inductions and HSE are carried out.
Timely and accurately communicate project performance, issues/concerns and risks through the required reporting mechanisms.
Coordinate on a regular basis with the management and team to update the project stage.
Review and process project invoices. Requirment: UAE Drivers Licence. 7 to 10 years experience is must. Dubai, UAE Experience is must. Interiors Fit-Out experience. Food & Beverage sector experience Exceptional communication, presentation skills. Experience in the local market with vendors and suppliers. Experience in getting approvals and submitting requests to local government authorities i.e. Dubai Municipality. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Ability to commute/relocate:
