Job Purpose:

The Fit-Out Project Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising interior fit-out works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, ADDC/TAQA/MUSANADA regulations, and health and safety standards. The role involves managing subcontractors, materials, and documentation to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out and MEP coordination works. Ensure that all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and ADDC/TAQA/MUSANADA standards. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities to obtain necessary permits, inspections, and approvals. Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements for approval. Liaise with MEP engineers to ensure services integration with architectural finishes. Supervise subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project schedules. Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Conduct site inspections, snagging, and quality control checks. Ensure all site activities comply with HSE regulations and company policies. Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and variation claims. Coordinate with ADDC for electrical load applications and connections, and with TAQA/MUSANADA for utility interface and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum

5-8 years of experience

in interior fit-out or construction projects in the UAE. Proven experience dealing with

ADDC / TAQA / MUSANADA

for project submissions, approvals, and compliance. Strong understanding of UAE building codes, authority procedures, and project documentation. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, and MS Office Suite. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. UAE driving license preferred.
