What You'll Do
Manage and supervise
fit-out and finishing works
to the highest quality standards.
Conduct
QA/QC checks
and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Conduct
site condition inspection
and prepare a report based on it for stakeholer evaluation.
Review
Interior Design and architectural drawings
and propose practical design modifications.
Lead site activities, subcontractors, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
Make decisive calls on
variations and technical site challenges
.
Prepare progress reports, inspections, and quality documentation.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
, Architecture, or related field.
10+ years' proven experience
in fit-out and finishing projects (UAE experience preferred).
Strong expertise in
QA/QC
and site control.
Skilled in documentation, communication and
inter-disciplinary coordination
.
Ability to interpret and coordinate
Interior Design, MEP, and Architectural drawings
.
A proactive problem-solver with leadership skills and a creative mindset.
Familiarity with
UAE codes, regulations, and construction practices
.
Able to provide solutions and technical expertise on executions.
