Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Project Planning and Management:

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for interior fit-out projects.

Coordination and Communication:

Coordinate with project managers, architects, interior designers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.

Site Operations:

Oversee daily site operations, including labor, material, and equipment management.

Quality Control:

Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to project specifications and quality standards.

Safety Compliance:

Implement and enforce stringent safety control measures and conduct training sessions for site personnel.

Material & Resource Management:

Manage material procurement, storage, delivery, and ensure the efficient allocation of resources and manpower.

Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, site instructions, variation orders, and quality control documentation.

Issue Resolution:

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to resolve on-site issues and technical challenges.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:

* Interior Fit-out: 5 years (Required)
