Fit Out Project Coordinator (on Site | F&b / Retail)
Job Description
We are hiring a hands-on Fit-Out Project Coordinator to support the execution of restaurant and retail fit-out projects across malls in Dubai.
This role is site-based, supporting fast-track openings.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily site activities and contractors
Track fit-out progress against approved timelines
Follow up on:
Drawings
Material submittals
Mall approvals
Prepare daily and weekly site reports
Assist in inspections, snagging, and handover
Ensure work aligns with approved drawings and mall guidelines
Act as on-site link between:
Contractor
Mall team
Internal stakeholders
Required Experience
3+ years experience in:
Retail or F&B fit-out projects
Experience working inside malls is mandatory
Basic understanding of:
Fit-out sequencing
MEP coordination
Restaurant layouts
Able to work on-site and handle multiple tasks

Can push contractors politely but firmly
Understands urgency of restaurant openings
