Fitout Manager
Job Description
Candidates with minimum 10 years of relevant experience may apply.
Salary : Up to 15,000 QAR, plus performance - based incentives linked to the division's profit.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Independent Charge for the fitout division as a profit center.
1. Oversee and manage fitout projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
2. Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
3. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
4. Manage and supervise fit-out teams, including contractors and subcontractors.
5. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
6. Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems during project execution.
7. Conduct site inspections and monitor progress.
Required Skills:
1. Experience in fit-out industry, construction.
2. Strong project management and coordination skills
3. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
4. Attention to detail and quality standards
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
