Role Description

Elevare Interiors is seeking a skilled and experienced

Interior Fit-Out Engineer

to join our team on a per-project basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring high-quality execution of interior works, and delivering projects on time and within budget. A strong understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and site coordination is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily site operations for interior fit-out works. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure project timelines are met. Ensure execution aligns with design drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Review and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and project schedules. Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Prepare site reports, progress updates, and snag lists. Coordinate material deliveries and verify compliance with specifications. Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support on-site.

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in interior fit-out projects within the UAE. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and site installation techniques. Familiarity with local authority regulations and approval processes (Dubai Municipality, DCD, etc.). Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant site engineering tools. Ability to work independently under pressure and deliver within deadlines. UAE driving license is a must.
