We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Fit-Out Foreman

to oversee and coordinate interior fit-out activities on site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on construction experience, and a solid understanding of fit-out procedures, materials, and finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site operations for interior fit-out projects, including partitioning, ceilings, flooring, carpentry, MEP coordination, and final finishes. Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure timely execution of work. Inspect work progress, materials, and workmanship to ensure quality control. Maintain site documentation including daily reports, timesheets, and material requisitions. Ensure tools and materials are available and properly used. Attend site meetings and communicate effectively with the project management team. Monitor and enforce health & safety regulations on-site. Provide on-the-job training and guidance to workers where necessary.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in interior fit-out works (minimum 5 years). Strong knowledge of fit-out procedures, materials, and technical drawings. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with MEP coordination is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage. Valid UAE driving license (if applicable).
