Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive

Civil & Fit-Out Foreman

to supervise and manage the execution of a

project-based construction and interior fit-out

assignment in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise in civil works and interior finishing, and be capable of leading on-site teams to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site operations related to

civil construction

and

interior fit-out

activities. Ensure all works are executed as per

approved drawings

, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with

site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers

to ensure smooth project workflow. Manage site resources including

labor, tools, and materials

efficiently. Enforce compliance with

HSE regulations

and company safety policies at all times. Maintain clear and accurate

daily progress reports

and escalate issues to the project engineer or manager. Participate in

site inspections

, snagging, and handover processes. Ensure timely completion of works as per project schedule.

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of proven experience

in the UAE/GCC handling civil and fit-out site activities. Strong understanding of

structural works

, partitions, ceilings, joinery, tiling, MEP coordination, and finishing. Ability to read and interpret construction and fit-out drawings. Experience working on

commercial, retail, or residential projects

in the UAE. Good team leadership and communication skills. Familiarity with

Dubai Municipality regulations

, safety protocols, and project documentation. Must be

available to join immediately

or within short notice.

Driving license

(preferred, not mandatory).

Education & Certifications:

Diploma or Certification in

Civil Engineering

,

Construction Management

, or a related field. HSE or Safety Training Certification (advantageous)

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
