About the Role
To oversee and coordinate all architectural fit-out works for high-rise building projects, ensuring seamless execution in line with design intent, project timelines, quality standards, safety protocols, and client expectations. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between design consultants, site teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure delivery excellence.
Responsibilities
Project Oversight & Execution

• Supervise and coordinate all architectural fit-out works on-site for high-rise construction projects.
• Ensure that all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and design intent.
• Monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure alignment with project schedules and milestones.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Implement and maintain strict quality control processes for all architectural finishes and installations.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and resolve non-conformities or design deviations.

Coordination & Communication

• Interface with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and other disciplines (MEP, structural, etc.) to ensure coordinated execution of works.
• Attend and participate in project coordination meetings, reporting progress and raising concerns proactively.
• Ensure proper documentation and communication of changes, approvals, and site instructions.

Material & Resource Management

• Review and approve material submittals, mock-ups, and shop drawings for architectural components.
• Coordinate timely delivery and installation of materials to avoid site delays.
• Monitor manpower deployment and subcontractor performance to ensure project requirements are met.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Enforce strict adherence to HSE policies and safe work practices during all site activities.
• Conduct site safety inspections in collaboration with HSE officers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in architectural fit-out supervision, with at least 3 years in high-rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, finishes, construction methods, and sequencing.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and coordination drawings.
• Experience working with project management tools and software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
