office interior design, office furniture, MEP works, and IT structure solutions

, is looking for a talented

Interior Fitout Draftsman

to join their dynamic team in Dubai. If you have a passion for precision, creativity, and interior design, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop innovative

interior concepts, layouts, and floor plans

for both commercial and residential spaces. Create accurate

2D/3D technical drawings

using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools for interior fit-out and joinery. Prepare

detailed shop drawings and joinery drawings

for custom furniture and interior elements. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are executable and aligned with client expectations. Conduct

site visits and measurements

to maintain drawing accuracy and project alignment. Select appropriate

materials, finishes, and fixtures

to ensure design quality and cohesion. Deliver

creative and technical solutions

within budget and project timelines. Liaise with

vendors and suppliers

for material sourcing and delivery coordination.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in

Interior Design, Architecture

, or a related field. Minimum

2 years' experience

in interior fit-out and joinery drafting. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, SketchUp

, and other relevant design software. Strong knowledge of

joinery details, construction materials, and installation methods

. Excellent attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience working in the

UAE or GCC region

. Knowledge of

sustainable design practices and materials
