to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our interior fit-out and construction projects by preparing accurate drawings, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring projects meet design and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed architectural and fit-out drawings, plans, and layouts.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for project requirements.
Review designs to ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, DDA, and other local regulations.
Support site supervision teams with drawings and technical documentation.
Ensure all designs are delivered accurately and on time.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
Proven experience in fit-out, interiors, or construction projects in the UAE.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and local authority submissions.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience coordinating multi-national workforce or site labor.
Knowledge of materials, finishes, and MEP coordination.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
